I've had several people asking me to bring my sourdough classes back, and I'm finally doing it!

This is a 3-hour, hands-on workshop designed to take the mystery out of sourdough and give you the confidence to make beautiful bread at home.

We'll walk through the entire process together — starter care, feeding, mixing, fermentation, stretching and folding, shaping, cold fermenting, baking and more.

And you won't just watch me do it.

You'll get your hands in the dough and shape your own loaf to take home, cold ferment, and bake the next day.
