8am Welcome meet and greet
8:30am Take golf carts to the gazebo
9-10am Yoga in the gazebo with Jess
10:30am Breakfast
11:30am Paddle boarding or canoeing with Jaime
1pm Lunch
2pm Sound Journey with Starr
