Celebrate the longest day of the year with a soul-nourishing retreat designed to align you with the energy of the summer solstice. Surrounded by nature, we’ll move through a day of intentional connection, movement, creativity, and reflection.

Our day will begin with a mindful nature walk to the gazebo as we attune to the rhythms of the earth. We’ll flow into an energizing yoga practice, designed to awaken the body and expand the heart. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a nourishing seasonal luxury picnic on the Nature Center deck.

In the afternoon, we’ll gather for a hands-on craft session inspired by the sun’s energy—a chance to create, reflect, and carry home a meaningful reminder of the day.
